The Norton Estate Rosé is crafted from carefully selected Shiraz grapes, grown in the rich soils of our estate in the heart of the Grampians. The 2024 vintage was particularly favourable, with a growing season that combined warm days and cool nights, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop their full range of flavours. This careful balance of temperature and timing is what gives our Rosé its distinctive profile.
In the winery, we handle our Rosé with the same attention to detail that defines all our wines. The Shiraz grapes are harvested at the peak of ripeness and gently pressed to extract just the right amount of colour and flavour. A cool fermentation process follows, preserving the fresh, fruity characteristics of the wine while enhancing its crisp acidity.
