The 2024 vintage was marked by a growing season that featured warm days and cool nights, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop intense flavours and refined tannins. This careful ripening process is essential to creating a Cabernet Sauvignon that is both powerful and elegant.
In the winery, we handle our Cabernet Sauvignon with great care to preserve its natural qualities. The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and undergo a meticulous fermentation process to extract the full range of flavours and structure. The wine is then aged in a selection of new and seasoned French oak barrels, which adds layers of complexity and a subtle oak influence without overpowering the fruit.
