The St Ethel’s Great Western Shiraz is a staple at Grampians Estate. Shiraz grown at out St Ethel’s Vineyard (site of the Cellar Door) from vines planted in the 1890’s, this line is the first of our premium shiraz wines.
The 2020 vintage was released in late 2022, and boasts beautiful spice & pepper on the nose, and an earthy dark cherry, liquorice, vanillin cedar & spicy dried herb palate.
