The Longest Drive Tempranillo celebrates drover Wallace Caldwell’s journey. With a small droving team, he took 11,000 sheep from Donald (Victoria) to the NT in 1882. This is regarded as the longest sheep droving journey in Australian history (3200 km over 18 months) as told by Tom Guthrie’s book ‘The Longest Drive’.
