A fuller style of Grampians Shiraz showing good length and generous flavour, again typically spicy and peppery with floral fragrance of dark-fruited plums, the wine is round, medium to full in weight and sumptuously flavoured. It’s well-ripened finishing long with juicy savoury characters with lingering fruit brightness and peppery undertones. The oak maturation and handling is well balanced combining both fruit and barrel tannins harmoniously.
