This wine has been created in the ‘Methode Traditionelle” style and is a 100% Chardonnay single vineyard wine from the Mafeking vineyard. This wine has had 8 years on lees giving it some lovely yeasty creamy flavours to go with its peach and apple flavours, its excellent length and balanced acidity.
